Pre-Gaming For Fall

Hi, friends! Who's getting fall fever-ish? I certainly am, its always been a favorite season of mine, even before it was so #basic, if you can believe it?!

I'm all about a comfy pair of jeans and fall toned cozy sweaters. To me, olive green is a favorite of mine year round, especially in the fall! I wasted no time jumping on this cold shoulder sweater that's a bit distressed. And, by distressed I mean, I bought it with holes in it. 🙊
It just felt right, and I'm glad I got it. Cold shoulder shirts have been everywhere, so this one gets a little extra dimension and uniqueness. It's from a boutique call I'm wearing a size small and it is TTS(true to size).

My jeans are from the brand Blank NYC. I picked them up at Nordstrom, and they are a 'girlfriend' fit. The 'girlfriend' fit is different than the 'boyfriend' fit- in that it hugs your curves a little more and in plain English- isn't so tomboy-ish. I like them much better and find them way more flattering. If you thinking of getting these jeans, SIZE DOWN 2 SIZES. Talk about an ego-boost- I ordered these in a 27, and a 25 fit just right.

My booties are from Shoetopia and are the cutest. They have a smaller heel than most booties this year, and have a distressed feel to them. They also have buckle detailing on the sides, which is very cool for fall. Pairing booties, high or low heeled, with jeans is so easy. Pick a bootie, pick your jeans and customize your jeans to fit the desired length. Whether that means rolling them, cuffing them or even taking scissors to them and distressing them a bit. You can't go wrong! Experiment! These are a size 7, and I probably could of done a 6 1/2. You can't beat the price though- under $25, and the quality is amazing!

My hat is from Chapel hats, but I've linked a similar one from Target. My sunnies are from ASOS, and are a classic tortoise shade to bring the whole color scheme together. My bag is from Steve Madden. The color of my bag is cognac, and by far- mixing cognac with olive is one of my favorite combos! Give it a whirl!

How are y'all pre-gaming for fall? May your game be strong!
